By completing and submitting this form, I confirm that I have voluntarily chosen to use the facilities of The Sea Sauna and that I understand and accept the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to burns, dehydration, dizziness, cardiovascular events, cold water shock, slips and falls, and drowning. I hereby waive, release, and agree to indemnify The Sea Sauna, its directors, employees, agents, and facilitators from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation, including claims arising from negligence, to the maximum extent permitted by Irish law.
