Morning Meditation & Sauna

Service Description

Join Ellen for a morning of meditation and sound bath by the sea, followed by a 30min sea sauna session and finishing up with a complementary chai and chats on the beach. What to bring: - Yoga mat or towel/blanket to sit on or lie down - Pillow/Cushion for comfort - Warm layers and waterproof clothing - Swimming togs - Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one for drying yourself after) - Water bottle Please arrive 15mins early to check in and set up :)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us at least 24hrs beforehand. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
