Service Description
Get ready for some NYE magic! Join us on Sunday, December 31st, at 8am as Ellen leads us in a 45min sound bath. We'll gather on the beach for intention setting and letting go, followed by a 45min sauna session. It's a morning of mystical vibes and winter transitions you won't want to miss. What to bring: - Yoga mat or towel/blanket to sit on or lie down - Pillow/Cushion for comfort - Warm layers and waterproof clothing - Swimming togs - Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one for drying yourself after) - Water bottle Remember, access to and from the beach is undertaken at your own risk, and be mindful of the natural outdoor environment. Please bring a light/torch, take your time, and use the handrail on the stairway to the beach. To ensure a smooth and serene experience, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. We look forward to welcoming you to this special gathering by the sea!

Changes can be made up to 24hrs before your start time. Please be aware that any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
