Gift Card
You can choose to email your Sea Sauna gift card immediately or schedule it to be sent on a future date. Just a heads-up: if you schedule your gift card, it will be emailed at the same time of day the order was placed. For example, if you make your purchase at 6 pm today and select delivery for tomorrow, the recipient will receive their gift card at 6 pm tomorrow.
Alternatively, you can email the gift card to yourself to print at home. You can also download our blank gift voucher here to add a personalised handwritten message for that extra-special touch if you wish :)

All gift vouchers issued by The Sea Sauna are valid for a minimum of five years from the date of purchase, as required under the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except where an email request is made within 7 days of purchase, and the voucher has not been used or partially redeemed. Refunds are not available after this 7-day period.

Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash.

Vouchers may be transferred to another individual upon request.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, discounts, or codes unless explicitly stated.

Possession of a gift voucher does not guarantee booking availability, which is subject to scheduling and seasonal demand. All bookings must be made online in advance when using a gift card.

The Sea Sauna is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers. Responsibility for the voucher lies with the purchaser or recipient once issued.
