Service Description

Join us for a morning of moving the body and calming the mind with a slow flow yoga class with Sarah from Yoga Tonic Dublin on Tower Bay Beach, looking out over the Irish sea to Lambay Island. The yoga class will be followed by a relaxing Sauna with views of the ocean and an optional sea dip. This yoga class is open to all levels, including Beginners. Spaces are limited Where: Tower Bay Beach, Portrane Cost: €22 + booking fee WHAT TO BRING: - Yoga Mat - Bathing wear for sauna and swim - Beach Towel - Bottle of water to stay hydrated - Warm clothing for Savasana - Good vibes :)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us at least 24hrs beforehand. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
