Service Description
Ellen will guide you through a meditation session accompanied by sounds to help you drop deeper into focus, letting anything that you don't need fall away. The group will then get the chance to listen to or sing along in a Kirtan session - including ancient Irish chants and more, creating a space for connection with yourself, your voice, and with the group!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice and must be submitted by email. Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe will receive a credit note for the full session value, valid for 12 months. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside this window. Booking changes must be requested at least 24 hours before your session. For sauna bookings, you can log into the Members Area to reschedule up to 12 hours before your start time. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee with no exceptions. All guests must be aged 16 or over. A completed waiver form is required before entry to any session — no exceptions will be made. Use of the sauna, plunge pools, and all facilities is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
