Evening Yoga Sauna with Sarah

Service Description

Join us for an evening of moving the body and calming the mind with a slow flow yoga class with Sarah from Yoga Tonic Dublin on Tower Bay Beach, looking out over the Irish sea to Lambay Island. The yoga class will be followed by a relaxing Sauna with views of the ocean and an optional sea dip. This yoga class is open to all levels including Beginners. Spaces are limited Where: Tower Bay Beach, Portrane Cost: €26 + booking fee WHAT TO BRING: - Yoga Mat - Bathing wear for sauna and swim - Beach Towel - Bottle of water to stay hydrated - Warm clothing for Savasana - Good vibes :)

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule a booking, please refer to our FAQ section and follow the steps on how to change your booking to another time or date. Cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance via email. Please be aware that any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
