Service Description
Join us for an evening of moving the body and calming the mind with a slow flow yoga class with Sarah from Yoga Tonic Dublin on Tower Bay Beach, looking out over the Irish sea to Lambay Island. The yoga class will be followed by a relaxing Sauna with views of the ocean and an optional sea dip. This yoga class is open to all levels including Beginners. Spaces are limited Where: Tower Bay Beach, Portrane Cost: €28 + booking fee WHAT TO BRING: - Yoga Mat - Bathing wear for sauna and swim - Beach Towel - Bottle of water to stay hydrated - Warm clothing for Savasana - Good vibes :)

Cancellation Policy
Events cancellations and changes require a minimum of 48 hours' notice and must be submitted by email. Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe will receive a credit note for the full session value, valid for 12 months. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside this window. For events bookings, you can log into the Members Area to reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee with no exceptions. All guests must be aged 16 or over. A completed waiver form is required before entry to any session — no exceptions will be made. Attendance at events, use of the sauna, plunge pools, and all facilities is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
