Service Description
Join us for an evening of relaxation, drumming, and community with Ellen. Start the evening with a serene seaside meditation by the fire, followed by an energizing drumming ceremony, allowing the rhythmic beats to resonate and rejuvenate. Afterward, indulge in a 45-minute sea sauna session, enveloping you in soothing warmth. Conclude the evening with a complimentary cup of chai and heartfelt conversations by the fire. What to Bring: Yoga mat or towel/blanket for seating Pillow/Cushion for extra comfort Warm layers and waterproof clothing for the weather Swimming togs for the sauna Two towels (one for the sauna seat and one to dry off) Water bottle to stay hydrated Remember, access to and from the beach is undertaken at your own risk, and be mindful of the natural outdoor environment. Please bring a light/torch, take your time, and use the handrail on the stairway to the beach. To ensure a smooth and serene experience, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Cancellation Policy
Events cancellations and changes require a minimum of 48 hours' notice and must be submitted by email. Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe will receive a credit note for the full session value, valid for 12 months. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside this window. For events bookings, you can log into the Members Area to reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee with no exceptions. All guests must be aged 16 or over. A completed waiver form is required before entry to any session — no exceptions will be made. Attendance at events, use of the sauna, plunge pools, and all facilities is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
