Service Description

Join us for an evening of relaxation, drumming, and community with Ellen. Start the evening with a serene seaside meditation by the fire, followed by an energizing drumming ceremony, allowing the rhythmic beats to resonate and rejuvenate. Afterward, indulge in a 45-minute sea sauna session, enveloping you in soothing warmth. Conclude the evening with a complimentary cup of chai and heartfelt conversations by the fire. What to Bring: Yoga mat or towel/blanket for seating Pillow/Cushion for extra comfort Warm layers and waterproof clothing for the weather Swimming togs for the sauna Two towels (one for the sauna seat and one to dry off) Water bottle to stay hydrated Remember, access to and from the beach is undertaken at your own risk, and be mindful of the natural outdoor environment. Please bring a light/torch, take your time, and use the handrail on the stairway to the beach. To ensure a smooth and serene experience, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Cancellation Policy

To reschedule a booking, please refer to our FAQ section and follow the steps on how to change your booking to another time or date. Cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance via email. Please be aware that any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
