The Sea Sauna – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Plans

Our monthly subscription plan includes a set number of sauna passes, valid from the first payment date until the same calendar day of the following month. For example, if payment is made on March 6th, the passes will be valid until April 6th. Unused passes expire after the validity period and cannot be carried over.

2. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly and must be paid upfront. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

3. Sauna Passes

Pass Validity: Sauna passes are valid from the first payment until the same day of the next month.

Usage: Only one pass can be used per person per session.

Non-transferable: Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the subscription.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made before the next billing cycle, and no charges will apply for the following month. No refunds are given for the current month once a pass has been used or after the start of a new billing cycle.

5. Subscription Transfers

Subscriptions are non-transferable.

6. Account Sharing

Subscriptions are for the exclusive use of the account holder. Passes cannot be shared. For guest bookings, please refer to our group options.

7. Usage Guidelines

We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy periods (Friday–Monday, 8 am – 9 pm). All bookings and account management can be done through the Members Area. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking. You may also reschedule a session up to 12 hours before your start time via the Members Area, subject to availability. A no-show fee applies for missed sessions without notice.

8. Late, No-Show, or Missed Sessions

Late arrivals, no-shows, or missed bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable in line with our general Terms & Conditions. You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or make changes in the Members Area up to 12 hours before your session start time.

9. Termination by The Sea Sauna

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if the user violates our terms or engages in misconduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans, with advance notice to subscribers.

11. Suspension of Subscription

In case of illness or extenuating circumstances, customers can request to suspend their subscription for a limited period. Contact us to arrange a temporary hold.

12. Membership Freezes

You may request to freeze your membership once per calendar year for up to 30 days due to travel, holidays, or personal reasons. Requests must be submitted at least 5 days in advance via email. No retroactive freezes can be applied.

13. Waiver

Subscribers assume full responsibility for their health and safety while using the sauna. By subscribing, you agree to sign the sauna liability waiver, available in our general Terms & Conditions or via QR code at the sauna.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel sessions. Affected subscribers will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered where possible.

15. Additional Terms and Conditions

By subscribing, you agree to comply with all sauna-related terms, found on our Terms & Conditions page. Please review for additional rules on health, safety, and booking.

16. Booking System & Fair Use

Bookings must be made through The Sea Sauna’s official booking system. Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or multiple unattended reservations may result in temporary booking restrictions or suspension of membership.

17. Identification

You may be asked to present identification when checking in. If you cannot verify your identity, you may be denied access without refund.

18. Discounts & Promotions

Promotional offers or discounts are valid only for the specified time period and cannot be combined unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.

19. GDPR & Data Use

Your personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. By subscribing, you consent to the use of your data for booking, communication, and operational purposes only.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Sea Sauna regarding your membership. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by them.
