Start your day refreshed with Sarah from Yoga Tonic Dublin in a soul-soothing slow-flow yoga class set against the serene backdrop of Lambay Island during the morning sunrise. As you stretch and breathe in the fresh sea air, prepare for a truly invigorating experience. This all-year-round outdoor class invites you to embrace and prepare for the elements, making each session unique. After the yoga, relax in our sea-view sauna and contemplate a sea dip. Please note that the journey to and from the beach is at your own discretion, and we urge you to respect the natural outdoor environment and take your time using the handrails on the stairway and carefully making your way down. Sea swimming is entirely at your own risk and discretion, if uncertain, our onsite cold shower offers a safe and invigorating alternative. This event welcomes yogis of all skill levels, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Space is restricted to ensure a high-quality experience, so don't delay in securing your spot. Cancellation Policy
Events cancellations and changes require a minimum of 48 hours' notice and must be submitted by email. Cancellations made within the permitted timeframe will receive a credit note for the full session value, valid for 12 months. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside this window. For events bookings, you can log into the Members Area to reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee with no exceptions. All guests must be aged 16 or over. A completed waiver form is required before entry to any session — no exceptions will be made. Attendance at events, use of the sauna, plunge pools, and all facilities is undertaken entirely at your own risk. By attending, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and that you have read and accepted our full Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver, available at theseasauna.ie/terms-conditions.
